Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Burr & Bramble (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information while providing a curated product discovery experience.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address when subscribing to our newsletter or information you send when joining Artist Made, including your name, location, private contact email, artwork description, artwork and optional portrait links, and chosen public link or email. We use these details to prepare your free listing and contact you if clarification is needed. With your permission, we download and display the linked images and publish your artist name, location, description, and chosen public contact details. Your private contact email is not published. We may also collect general usage information such as browser type, device information, and website interactions through cookies and analytics tools.

The Weekly Gather

When you subscribe, we privately store your email address, signup date, signup source, and subscription consent in Supabase. Kit manages email delivery, confirmation, unsubscribe preferences, and email engagement reports. We use these records to send our Friday newsletter, retry failed signup transfers, and understand subscriber growth. Your email address is never published or sold. We remember newsletter signup status and popup dismissal preferences in your browser so we can avoid repeated invitations; we do not store your email address in browser storage. You can unsubscribe through the link in each newsletter or contact [email protected] about your records.
